2. Service Agreement

When you book our services, you enter into a service agreement with Tokyo PureClean subject to the following conditions:

• All services must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
• We will provide a quote based on the information you provide about your property and cleaning needs. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions differ significantly from the information provided.
• Access to the premises must be arranged prior to the scheduled service time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the working conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or would require services beyond the scope of our agreement.
• Certain specialized cleaning tasks may incur additional fees, which will be discussed before service is provided.

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services:

• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website.
• For one-time services, payment is due in full at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as specified in your quote.
• For recurring services, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement.
• Late payments may result in a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance.
• All prices are listed in ese Yen (¥) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time or no-shows may incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
• Tokyo PureClean reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, staff illness, or emergency situations.

5. Service Guarantee and Liability

We take pride in our work and offer the following guarantees and liability terms:

• If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any overlooked areas at no additional cost.
• Tokyo PureClean carries liability insurance to cover damages directly caused by our staff while performing services.
• Claims for damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of the service date and must be proven to have been caused by our staff.
• We are not liable for:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Damage due to faulty materials or workmanship in the client's property
  • Damage to items that require specialized cleaning methods not disclosed to us in advance
  • Any consequential or indirect losses
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the reasonable cost of repair/replacement of the damaged item, whichever is less.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements.
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before our arrival.
• Inform us of any special handling instructions for specific areas or items.
• Ensure our staff has safe access to your property at the scheduled time.
• Maintain a safe environment for our cleaning staff, including securing pets if necessary.
• Disclose any potentially hazardous conditions or materials present in your property.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems or networks connected to the website.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or servers or networks connected to the website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Tokyo PureClean or its content suppliers and is protected by Japanese and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
